Hesabını ve verilerini silme

XyloFit hesabını ve tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. İki yol var.
Yol 1 — Uygulamadan (en hızlısı)
Hesabın açıksa silme işlemi anında tamamlanır:
- XyloFit uygulamasını aç
- Alt menüden Profil sekmesine geç
- Sağ üstteki dişli simgesine dokunarak Ayarlar'ı aç
- Aşağı in, Hesap bölümündeki Hesabı sil satırına dokun
- Onay ekranında şifreni gir (Google ile giriş yaptıysan DELETE yaz) ve onayla
İşlem tamamlandığında oturumun kapanır ve hesabın geri getirilemez.
Yol 2 — E-posta ile talep
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (telefonunu değiştirdiysen, şifreni unuttuysan vb.) bize yazabilirsin:

Konu: Hesap silme talebi
Mesajda belirt: hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresi ve varsa kullanıcı adın.
Talebi hesabın kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresinden göndermen gerekir — başkasının hesabının silinmesini önlemek için kimlik doğrulaması bu şekilde yapılır. Talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız.
Silindiğinde ne oluyor
Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Silinen veriler yedeklerden geri getirilemez ve aynı e-postayla yeniden kayıt olduğunda eski verilerine ulaşamazsın.

Silinmeyenler
- Başka bir kullanıcı hakkında yaptığın şikayet kayıtları, moderasyon geçmişi için kimliğinden arındırılmış şekilde saklanabilir.
- Yasal olarak saklamamız gereken kayıtlar (örneğin ödeme/fatura kayıtları) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır. Bu kayıtlar Google Play tarafından tutulur.
Aboneliğin varsa
Hesabını silmek Google Play aboneliğini otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliğini ayrıca Google Play → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal etmen gerekir, aksi halde ücretlendirme devam eder.
Hesabını silmeden
Sadece görünürlüğünü azaltmak istiyorsan hesabını silmene gerek yok: Ayarlar → Profilim Açık anahtarını kapattığında gönderilerin Keşfet ve Topluluk akışlarından çıkar, profilin diğer kullanıcılara kapanır.
Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your XyloFit account and all of your data. There are two ways.
Option 1 — From the app (fastest)
If you can still sign in, deletion completes immediately:
- Open the XyloFit app
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu
- Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete account in the Account section
- On the confirmation screen enter your password (if you signed in with Google, type DELETE) and confirm
Once it completes you are signed out and the account cannot be restored.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot get into the app (you changed phone, forgot your password and so on), write to us:

Subject: Account deletion request
Include in the message: the email address registered to your account and your username if you have one.
You must send the request from the email address registered to the account — that is how we verify identity and stop someone else's account being deleted. We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.
What happens when it is deleted
This cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be restored from backups, and if you register again with the same email you will not get your old data back.

What is not deleted
- Reports you filed about another user may be kept in anonymised form for the moderation record.
- Records we are legally required to keep (for example payment and invoice records) are kept for the period the relevant legislation requires. These records are held by Google Play.
If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You need to cancel it separately under Google Play → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.
Instead of deleting
If you only want to be less visible, you do not need to delete your account: turn off Settings → Public profile and your posts leave the Discover and Community feeds, and your profile is hidden from other users.
Konto und Daten löschen

Du kannst dein XyloFit-Konto und alle deine Daten dauerhaft löschen. Dafür gibt es zwei Wege.
Weg 1 — In der App (am schnellsten)
Wenn du dich noch anmelden kannst, erfolgt die Löschung sofort:
- Öffne die XyloFit-App
- Wechsle im unteren Menü zum Tab Profil
- Tippe oben rechts auf das Zahnradsymbol, um die Einstellungen zu öffnen
- Scrolle nach unten und tippe im Bereich Konto auf Konto löschen
- Gib im Bestätigungsdialog dein Passwort ein (bei Anmeldung mit Google schreibe DELETE) und bestätige
Danach wirst du abgemeldet, und das Konto lässt sich nicht wiederherstellen.
Weg 2 — Anfrage per E-Mail
Wenn du nicht in die App kommst (Handywechsel, Passwort vergessen usw.), schreib uns:

Betreff: Anfrage zur Kontolöschung
In der Nachricht angeben: die im Konto hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse und, falls vorhanden, deinen Benutzernamen.
Die Anfrage muss von der im Konto hinterlegten E-Mail-Adresse kommen — so prüfen wir die Identität und verhindern, dass fremde Konten gelöscht werden. Anfragen erledigen wir spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Was bei der Löschung passiert
Dieser Schritt ist unwiderruflich. Gelöschte Daten lassen sich nicht aus Sicherungen wiederherstellen, und bei einer erneuten Registrierung mit derselben E-Mail-Adresse erhältst du deine alten Daten nicht zurück.

Was nicht gelöscht wird
- Meldungen, die du über andere Nutzer abgegeben hast, können in anonymisierter Form für die Moderationshistorie aufbewahrt werden.
- Aufzeichnungen, zu deren Aufbewahrung wir gesetzlich verpflichtet sind (etwa Zahlungs- und Rechnungsdaten), bleiben für die gesetzlich vorgesehene Dauer gespeichert. Diese Daten liegen bei Google Play.
Wenn du ein Abo hast
Das Löschen des Kontos kündigt dein Google-Play-Abo nicht automatisch. Du musst es zusätzlich unter Google Play → Abos kündigen, sonst läuft die Abrechnung weiter.
Alternative zum Löschen
Wenn du nur weniger sichtbar sein möchtest, musst du dein Konto nicht löschen: Schalte in den Einstellungen Öffentliches Profil aus — deine Beiträge verschwinden dann aus den Feeds „Entdecken“ und „Community“, und dein Profil ist für andere nicht mehr sichtbar.
